안녕하세요 강사님. 10월에 오프라인 강좌듣고 다음주에 드디어 시험 봅니다~ pre test 업데이트 되어 풀어봤는데 몇가지 질문이 있어 문의 드립니다.
1.We use exponential evaluation to predict demand. Although the nature of demand was stable, how should we set the smoothing constant value to be evaluated
when unexpected demand suddenly occurs? 에서..저는 unexpected demand가 갑자기 발생됐기 때문에 최근 수요값은 오히려 신뢰성이 떨어져 FCST에 맞춰야 한다고 생각해서 정답을 0으로 했는데, 최근 수요값이 바뀌었기 때문에..미래를 위해(?) 최근 수요값에 focus 맞춰야한다고 이해해야 하는건가요?
2. During the S&OP process, performing a financial evaluation of alternative strategies includes which of the following? 에서 일번도 고려되어야 하는건, financai 측면에서 인건비? 고용에 연계되어 그런건가요?
I. Number and productivity of workers
3. Which of the following documents provide opportunities to reduce paperwork with supplier partners? 에서, purchase requisitionse 도 정답에 포함되어 있는데, pr은 내부에서 구매요청이 올 때 받는 것 (internal?) 인데 supplier partners와 관계에서도 PR이 고려되는 이유가 어떤건가요?!

push 환경은 line balancing 으로 알고 있는데 답이 load leveling 입니다. 혹시 push 환경은 load leveling이 맞나요?ㅠ
